Color Through shutters are constructed with Polypropylene co-polymer vinyl so they won't scratch, flake, or fade and are maintenance-free and UV stabilized. (Paintable shutters: Polystyrene)

Hollow back construction from multi-piece components and sonically welded and or stapled.

For decorative use only, cannot be hinged for functional use.
